Signolla provides premium trading signals and market analysis for forex, binary options, commodities, cryptocurrencies, and global indices. Our services include real-time trade signals, AI-powered market analysis, educational courses, and community features. Signals are generated using proprietary algorithms and professional trader analysis.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts in your jurisdiction. Trading may not be legal in all jurisdictions — it is your sole responsibility to ensure compliance with your local laws and regulations.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. Account sharing is strictly prohibited.

All content on the Signolla platform — including but not limited to signals, analysis, algorithms, design, text, graphics, logos, and software — is the exclusive property of Signolla and is protected by international intellectual property laws. You agree not to: (a) reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our platform or algorithms; (b) use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access or extract data; (c) redistribute, resell, or share signals or premium content with non-subscribers; (d) engage in any activity that disrupts, damages, or interferes with the platform; (e) use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

VIP and Pro subscription plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). All payments are processed securely through our payment providers. Fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable advance notice.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these terms or any activity we deem harmful to the platform or its users. Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately.

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of signals or market analysis. Trading results depend on numerous factors beyond our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Signolla and its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, reliance on signals, or trading decisions. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Changes become effective upon posting. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
